Who can join the Mentor Program?
The program is specifically designed for Gen Z and early-career women looking for strategic guidance. We welcome mentors with 5+ years of experience across all industries who are passionate about empowering the next generation of female leaders.
What is the expected time commitment?
A typical mentorship cycle lasts 6 months. We recommend committing to one hour-long deep-dive session per month, plus light asynchronous communication for quick questions and breakthroughs.
How do you handle matching?
Our matching process is highly personalized. We use a strategy-first approach, aligning mentors and mentees based on industry expertise, specific professional hurdles, and long-term career ambitions to ensure maximum synergy.
Is there a fee to join the Mentor Program?
Access to our primary mentor network and matching service is completely free for all accepted mentees. We are committed to removing financial barriers so that every talented woman can get what she wants, like a girl.
